The interprofessional aspect involves individuals contributing to the design, delivery, or evaluation of simulation activities, spanning technicians, healthcare professionals, and academics. Grounded in a master’s level framework, the program cultivates skills in leadership, management, education, and research, demonstrating core competencies and field-specific expertise. Participants have the opportunity to engage with a multidisciplinary simulation research group, contributing to the broader initiative to advance the simulation field.
